2021 MCOC Annual Coat Giveaway:
Our annual Coat Giveaway will be held on Sunday, October 24th from 2pm-4pm at the Mitchell Church of Christ, located at 1004 W. Main Street in Mitchell.
Depending on weather & Covid status, we will either have coats available outside in the FLC parking lot or inside our FLC Building. If held inside, MASKS WILL BE REQUIRED and wait time to enter building may be determined by number of people inside at a time.
If anyone in your family is in need of a coat, please fill out the form (check your email from Mrs. Stillions for students at Hatfield Elementary) and email to LauraBarlow@BFILife.com or bring your completed form with you for an easy, faster check-in process. Forms will also be available at the registration table during the Coat Giveaway.
Limit one coat per person & one form for all family members. Each recipient much live in the same household listed on the form.

Bedford First Christian Church at 15th and K Streets will be having its Annual Coat Bank from 10am to 1pm on the following Saturdays:
-October 30
-November 6
-November 13
-November 20
-December 4
The coat bank will NOT be open November 27th.
Because of COVID, they are asking you to remain in your car. You will be given an assigned number according to your arrival. A volunteer will ask you for the sex and sizes of coats your children need.
You may then be asked to pull under the canopy in the order that you arrived for the children to try on a coat. A parent must accompany one child at a time to receive a coat. Please wear masks as you are trying on a coat.
Picture retakes will be Tuesday, October 5th. Students who missed the original school pictures will be able to show their smile to the camera. Smile and say cheese!

This year the STEAM, Art, and Music teachers are collaborating on a project to be completed by our students. Students will make an instrument at school. They will build their instrument in STEAM class with Mrs. Reed, decorate their instrument in Art class, and play it in Music class with Miss Ramey. See image for items needed.
